Who we are
At RSS, our culture shows up in the little things.
The pink sequin jacket at a charity walk, the brightly colored hair in the office, the handwritten notes and Waterford crystal gifts sent just because someone mattered. It shows up in how we talk to each other, how we back each other up, and how we treat the people we work with.
We help out when someone’s in the weeds. We answer the phone when most people wouldn’t. And we genuinely want each other to succeed. For a company built on security, you might expect tough exteriors, but what you’ll find are people who care deeply about the work they do and the people they do it with.

RSS is proud to make Susan G. Komen our primary charitable focus, raising awareness and support for breast cancer research, survivors, and families.
From fundraising to walk-day support, we show up big (and proudly in pink!) for breast cancer awareness.
We're serious about security, but even more serious about snacks.
Whether it’s parking lot BBQs, taco days in the breakroom, or ugly sweater contests that somehow get competitive, we find time to laugh, eat, and celebrate together. It’s not just for fun. It’s how we stay connected.
