Jen has spent 14 years at Retail Security Services (RSS), starting as a client manager and rising to lead the client services team. She was drawn to RSS by the opportunity to try something new in an industry she knew little about, and she quickly discovered the power of working for a woman-owned and operated company in a male-dominated space.
Her favorite part of the job is the people. She feels lucky to work with a team that makes every day rewarding. Jen is most proud of stepping in during moments of chaos, ensuring clients feel supported and protected so they can focus on running their businesses.
Outside the office, Jen enjoys cooking, listening to live music, fishing, and spending time with family. Her favorite guilty pleasure? 90 Day Fiancé!
