Allison has been with the companies since 2003, first at Professional Retail Services (PRS) before moving to Retail Security Services (RSS) when Kathleen launched the business in 2014. With 22 years of experience, she’s been instrumental in building and growing RSS into what it is today.
She considers her colleagues her second family and values the teamwork that defines her day-to-day. Allison is most proud of the growth she’s witnessed firsthand. Proof that the team’s hard work has created real impact and lasting success.
When she’s not at work, Allison enjoys time with family and friends, hiking, reading, and crafting. Always curious, she admits her guilty pleasure is learning. Her mind is constantly seeking out new knowledge.
