Retail Security Services (RSS) was founded in 2014 by the team behind our sister company, Professional Retail Services (PRS). We were a group of operators who had spent years navigating urgent facility issues and earning client trust the hard way.
What we saw, again and again, was a deeper need. Not just someone to fix what was broken, but someone to protect people and property before things went wrong.
So we built RSS with a small team and a clear promise: No ticket numbers. No call centers. No excuses. Just fast, human-first security from people who know your sites and care about your outcomes.
Today, we’re a national operation, serving clients across the U.S., Canada, and Puerto Rico.
But the model still feels personal. And we intend to keep it that way.
